I am a careful listener and seek to come alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. I am currently studying for my Master of Counselling degree. Before this internship, I worked in college and camp ministry for 15 years. I have always gravitated towards those who are wrestling or hurting and long to see people find hope and healing. When I am not counselling, you can find me mountain biking, enjoying overpriced coffee or going on family adventures.

While completing my internship at OnlyYouForever, I receive weekly supervision to help me learn and best serve my clients. My rates are heavily discounted as an intern, so please contact me if you would like to work with me!

I seek to cultivate rich therapeutic relationships to help people find healing and wholeness. I have a compassionate and empathic approach, and I work with people to discover and achieve their goals for therapy. I will provide a friendly and non-judgmental space for you to be heard and understood, helping you uncover new growth in your life.
